Specifications include, but are not limited to:The project will involve construction of a parking lot, water lines, sanitary line, lighting, refurbish existingbasketball courts, two futsal courts and a volleyball court. Construction activities will include but are notlimited to the following:1. Trench Safety (Item 1)Measurement will be per Linear Foot for sanitary sewer installation. Provide trench safetyfor excavation depths greater than or equal to 5-ft per OSHA standards. Unit price includesequipment, labor, materials and performing all operations required for complete installation inaccordance with the plans and specification TS-4.2. Seeding (Item 2)No payment shall be made for hydromulch seeding. All disturbed areas not shown on theplans shall have hydromulch seeding in accordance with specification TS-7.3. Clearing and Grubbing (Item 3 & 4)Tree removal will be paid per Each as shown on the plans. Trees removed that are notshown on the plans will be replaced at Contractors expense. Clearing and grubbing will bepaid per Acre in accordance with specification TS-9. Clearing includes the removal anddisposal of miscellaneous debris found under or around the proposed futsal courts orproposed parking lot.
