Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State is requesting proposals for hourly rates for the following Microsoft Premier Support Categories: Support Account Management (SAM), Support Assistance (SA), and Problem Resolution Support (PRS). The State has and intends to renew a Microsoft Master Services Agreement (MSA) with Microsoft. The responder must be able to provide documentation that they are authorized by Microsoft to sell the services specified pursuant to the States MSA or a proposed MSA specific to the responder.
