Specifications include, but are not limited to:The Payment Processing Service will: Provide the County with internet electronic payment service options through which payments canbe made directly to Steuben County via credit/debit cards and/or e-check options. Demonstrate full compliance with the applicable provisions of the NYS State Technology Law. Provide evidence of their PCI Data Security Standard (DSS) Validation Level. Receive a daily upload from the County of delinquent taxes due to the County. Provide a daily data file to the County with details of payments made that can be imported into theCountys delinquent tax and other software for other departments. Provide daily reports of transactions via e-mail. Provide a contact person available to the County for trouble shooting and problem resolution whennecessary.
