Specifications include, but are not limited to: Procuringand implement a vendor-hosted, statewide Medical Examiner Case Managementsoftware system. The System must allow MEO and its authorized partners (other individuals and agencies)to collaborate, and exchange data across each of the States 36 counties, to initiate and closedeath investigation cases in accordance with the criteria outlined in Oregon RevisedStatutes (ORS) Chapter 146. The desired System will increaseadministrative and End-User efficiencies, ensure reliability of data entry and reporting, enableEnd-Users to collaborate and provide one another with real-time support, allow for documentand photo scanning and storage, and facilitate investigative field work.
