Specifications include, but are not limited to:This Project is solicited by MDEQ as part of the Phase III Early Restoration Plan and Environmental Assessment prepared by the Deepwater Horizon (DWH) Natural Resource Trustees in response to the April 20, 2010, DWH Oil Spill incident. The purpose of the Project is to construct a living shoreline and associated breakwater materials between the mouth of the Pearl River and Heron Bay. The Project consists of installing approximately 10,500 linear feet of breakwater.
