Specifications include, but are not limited to: Respondents should include a scope of work that outlines a strategy for implementing MassBays CCMP in their respective regions. The scope of work should include:A list of priority tasks for the region of concern. The Respondent should describe priority tasks for their (proposed) region that contribute to MassBays CCMP outcomes, in the form of a detailed workplan (item [c] below).The process by which tasks have been identified and will be refined: As MassBays work must be responsive to partners capacity, availability of supplemental funds, and timing of opportunities, priorities for regional activities should be developed in conjunction with local networks. Respondents should identify the process by which proposed activities have been identified and will be refined over the course of the contract.Detailed Work Plan: Respondents should outline a detailed work plan for addressing priority tasks for FY2017(July 1, 2016 - June 30, 2017) only. The work plan should contain specific activities (tasks) that will be undertaken in the region, anticipated deliverable(s) that provide evidence of impact, and projected time line for implementation, and indicate where a given activitys success will depend on other factors using the following format:CCMP OutcomeTask Number: Title.
