Specifications include, but are not limited to:. PART II SCOPE OF WORK The selected proposer will provide advertising, marketing, public information and public outreach services to target implementing and promoting all aspects of the Quick Clearance program. The proposing agency will provide conceptual work, copy writing, art direction, photography and illustration, radio and television production, media buying and analysis, and promotional programs and work with H-GAC staff and other agencies, including, but not limited to public relations and technical support to promote public awareness of the Program. Tasks to be completed include, but are not limited, to: Task 1: Campaign Planning and Execution Creation and development of a public information and outreach campaign that includes all of the necessary materials to convey the messages and concepts of the Quick Clearance program to local business/government community and the general public; Project/program identity development; Media campaign planning and determine best method for deployment of public education, including web and social media strategies; Adaptation of campaign advertising and PSAs in English and Spanish; Public, stakeholder, and advisory committee meeting planning and facilitation of special events as required; Development of detailed monthly progress reports on campaign activities; Market research to determine the effectiveness of the campaign messages in reaching targeted audiences; Task 2: Graphics and Design Creation of brands, ads, brochures, flyers, copy writing and production of radio ads/PSAs, etc.; Negotiation and purchasing of media and advertising/PSAs in the appropriate net rates. Media purchasing hours may be included in the budget, but actual media purchases must reflect net cost; Illustrations (logo photos, maps, drawings, etc.)
