In addition, several undersized cross drain culverts will be demolished and replaced throughout the subdivision. The substandard cul-de-sac street will be improved by widening the cul-de-sac, installing curb & gutter, and storm drainage to route stormwater through residential property at #2665 Majestic Circle to the Dacula Maintenance Facility property. The existing asphalt pavement along Majestic Circle will be milled down 2-1/2 along the entire length and existing width of the road from the edge of pavement at Tanner Road to the other end of Majestic Circle at Tanner Road and including Cul-de- sac Street. The existing condition of the cul-de-sac has no storm drainage and water is ponding and causing erosion problems. Curb & Gutter and storm drainage will be added to the new widened cul-de-sac to improve drainage. The new 18 storm drainage system will consist of a Double Wing Catch Basin (DWCB) in the cul-de-sac and three (3) Drop inlets (DI) that will pick up and route stormwater through a 20 Permanent Drainage Easement at #2665 Majestic Circle and discharge via Junction Box (JB) and Headwall (HW) onto the Dacula Maintenance Facility Property behind the residential property. Included in the scope of work is the replacement of several substandard cross drain culverts along Majestic Circle.
