Specifications

Specifications include, but are not limited to: This Contract is for the maintenance of the Central Traffic Control System and sub-systems, backup system, servers, workstations, peripherals, uninterruptible power supplies, operating systems and applications software, firmware, hardware, Barco wall projectors, video system equipment and sub- systems and all components associated with Traffic Management Center (TMC) in Queens, New York (collectively, the Central Traffic Control System). A detailed list of all items covered under this Contract and several relevant definitions are listed in attachments A and B, respectively. During the term of the Agreement, the Contractor shall provide maintenance services for the Central Traffic Control System under the terms and conditions provided herein. Maintenance service shall include provision and installation of replacement parts, corrective/remedial maintenance (i.e. repair), preventive maintenance, and all other work and parts necessary to keep the system in working order and in acceptable performance level.. In addition, the Contractor shall be responsible for the following: Backups and data archiving; Shipping and receiving of necessary equipment and materials; Preparing incident reports; Preparing monthly reports The Contractor must comply with all current citywide network security Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) and regulations. The Contractor must coordinate all network changes with TMC management. Note: Materials, equipment, replacement parts, assemblies, subassemblies, and incidentals are all considered the same for the purposes of this contract.
