Specifications include, but are not limited to:The system should compatible and able to interface with Missouri Department of Transportations(MoDOTs) current software applications including FMS (Financial Management System), COGNOS(MoDOT Reporting Software), FASTER (MoDOT Fleet System uses Oracle tables), TMS (TransportationManagement System uses Oracle tables and houses MoDOTs Linear Referencing System (LRS) thatmust be utilized), SMS (Sign Management System uses Oracle) and MoDOTs Time Reporting System(TRS) uses Oracle. It is highly desirable that package options include, but not limited to, the following:Maintenance Management System Needs Touch Screen Capability Web-based Mobile Application Training for users, administrators and technical staff Capture all maintenance activities, including but not limited to: winter operations, mowing,pavement repair, bridge flushing, etc Store documents/attachments and e-mail attachments Ability for all users to create reports Mapping capabilities, in relation to progress and forecasting Encompass the lifecycle of maintenance activities for a DOT, including planning throughexecution, as well as review and forecasting. Link desired outcomes to resource and budget needs Assess the consequences of shifting funds between competing program objectives (What ifScenario) Maintenance quality rating systems which define asset conditions, maintenance levels of serviceand program outcomes in customer-oriented terms. Allows managers to conduct trade-off analysis to determine maximum benefits attainable withavailable funding. Using customer input data, links customer expectations with desired outcomes and results A robust system that can be expanded with additional inputs (Automatic Vehicle Location (AVL),Global Positioning System (GPS), bar codes, etc.) Various levels of access. Connectivity via caching. Ability to sustain and maintain most recent versions of supporting and related software products.
