Specifications include, but are not limited to:Extended Description81141504This is inclusive of all contract items 4.1. 1Tthrough 4.1.5 :4.1.1 The Maintenance Agreement: Shall include two (2) visits per year at eight water supply system for the routine maintenance and calibration,trouble shooting, and equipment replacement insurance for the HACH SC-1000 Controller Equipment. The first required maintenance visit willoccur within sixty (60) days from the start date of the signed contract and the second maintenance visit will take place six (6) months (plus orminus 30 days) later unless maintenance is requested by the water supply system earlier.Below is a description of what is required during the maintenance site visits of the HACH SC-1000 Controller Source Water Monitoring Panels bythe selected vendor.4.1.2 Verification of Instrument performance/maintenance. Vendor must perform instrument cleaning. The Vendor must review and evaluate user programmed parameters. The Vendor must evaluate all instrument alarms and warning conditions. The Vendor must verify instrument operations voltage. The Vendor must perform diagnostics and communications to the SC-1000 sensors. The Vendor must verify network communications via installed communication card. The Vendor must calibrate recorder outputs for each sensor installed on the SC-1000. The Vendor must verify relay setup and operations if applicable. The Vendor must verify software version and update as necessary. The Vendor should provide with their bid a copy of any hardware or software licensing and/or support terms and conditions to which the State of West Virginia or the Agency must agree to or accept, either in writing or digitally, in order to order and receive the commodities or services offered as part of this contract. Written terms will be provided prior to the award of any contract resulting from this solicitation. Failure to provide additional terms and conditions may result in disqualification of the bid. 4.1.3 Repairs
