Specifications

The feasibility study will include a facility needs assessment, site analysis, conceptual design, preliminary analysis of sustainable options, cost estimate, final report, and also determine real property needs; identify potential sites, facility size and configuration to accommodate an Operation and Maintenance complex to meet the needs of the Public Works and Parks Departments. The assessment should analyze the current facility and future facility and the ability to meet the needs of the two departments for the next 50 years, determine whether to rebuild/remodel on the existing site(s) or relocate and build on an alternate location(s), determine commercial value of the existing Public Works Operation and Maintenance site for potential redevelopment and provide an overall budget for land acquisition, and potential developments cost for each proposed site. Present those costs to Public Works Leadership Team, Parks Leadership Team, and City Council if requested.
