Specifications include, but are not limited to:1.00 LT Mailing Machines and Equipment Maintenance and RepairIt is the intent of Franklin County Municipal Court, Clerk of Court to obtain bids to establish a purchase order for a one(1) year, with the option of three (3) consecutive one (1) year renewal periods for the purchase of Maintenance for aNeopost DS70 Folder Inserter for the Clerk's Office, 375 South High Street, 4th Floor, Columbus, Ohio 43215.The Clerk's Office has the ability to enter into multi-year agreements but can only fund on a year for year basiscontingent on funds being available and approved. Purchase Orders will be issued each year based on funding andapprovals. The agreement will not automatically renew/continue.The 1st year period will be 1/1/2016 through 12/31/2016 for the 1 year contract with the option of three (3) consecutiveone (1) year renewal periods.Manufacturer: NeopostEquipment: DS70 Folder InserterMachine Number: 09DW67970701The cost for maintenance is to include all costs associated with the service/labor, travel expenses, parts and suppliesetc...The Clerk's Office does not pay penalties or late fees.The unit is located at 375 South High Street, 3rd Floor, Civil Division.Service will be required Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, except for holidays.The maintenance and service is to be completed by a certified technician for the unit according to the manufacturessuggested maintenance for the optimum quality and performance of the equipment.A confirmation call to the customer shall be made within 30 minutes of the initial request.Technician shall be on-site within 4 business hours of the initial request.The equipment has been maintained for the past 6 years by the manufacturer.
