Specifications include, but are not limited to: During the Lower Columbia River Estuary White Sturgeon Research Test Fishing, up to three vessels will becontracted and each contractor agrees to furnish an approved vessel, labor, operating supplies, and equipmentnecessary to perform the service of gillnetting for white sturgeon in the Lower Columbia River Estuary (CommercialZones 1-2).During the Columbia River Estuary white sturgeon tagging, up to three vessels will be contracted and each contractoragrees to furnish an approved vessel, labor, operating supplies, a 7 -9 inch mesh gillnet in good condition and aminimum of 150 fathoms in length, and other equipment necessary to perform the service of gillnetting for whitesturgeon in the Lower Columbia River Estuary (Commercial Zones 1-2).Up to three contracts will be issued for fishing in Columbia River Commercial Fishing Zones 1-2 (generally betweenRiver Mile (RM) 2 and 40 - below Wauna Powerlines). Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife staff will determinethe general area to fish.
