Specifications include, but are not limited to:The Santa Barbara County Sheriff's Office (Sheriff's Office) invites responses to this Request forProposal (RFP) from qualified, experienced Vendors who can provide reliable, cost effective LiveScan Fingerprint, Mobile Identification and Mugshot systems that meet the requirements describedin this RFP. The intent is to solicit proposals for the delivery, installation, and ongoing maintenanceof such devices and to award a contract to a single selected vendor. The contract shall include acommitment to provide no less than five (5) years of maintenance support following installation.The Project that this RFP is requesting proposals for will be divided into three phases. Phase 1: Replacement of the current Live Scan Fingerprint System. Phase 2: Addition of a Mobile Identification System. Phase 3: Replacement of the current Mugshot System.
