Estimated constructioncosts for the project is $1,350,000.New three (3) classroom wing, "Project Frog" building. Includes 2 courtyard areas - 1 along frontof new wing and 1 between new wing and existing admin bldg. New A/C paved fire lane from south SJUSD Lease-Leaseback RFQ/P Page 3 of 10side access to campus to new wing area. New fire hydrant line (approximately 600') to service thenew wing and future new water line at east side of campus. Anticipated construction schedule isApril 2016 July 2016 (4month duration).In order to be considered a responsive AND qualified respondent, entity must be experienced inthe procurement and installation of a kit of parts for pre-manufactured buildings such asProject Frog or similar structures/buildings. AND the proposed team must attend a ProjectFrog workshop on November 19, 2015 from 1-3pm at ICS, 5433 El Camino Ave., Suite 2,Carmichael, CA 95608.
