Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1) inventory properties to articulate thecharacter defining features of the Langdon Neighborhood and its future role as a campus neighborhood in thedowntown and the city as a whole; and 2) review the boundaries of the existing Mansion Hill National Registerand Local Historic Districts to determine if those boundaries could/should be made coterminous in areas whereproperty is in one district but not the other. If authorized, the next phase of the project would be to undertake apublic engagement process with property owners and other interested parties to determine appropriate measuresto ensure that the Langdon Neighborhood retains the identified character and potentially develop standards andguidelines to implement that vision.
