Specifications

Specifications include, but are not limited to: GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK1. Successful Bidder shall remove all litter every 14 days between the months of April through November and every 30 days between the months of December through March. 2. Successful Bidder shall provide turfgrass maintenance and weed control every 14 days between the months of April through November. 3. Successful Bidder shall provide mulch area weed control every 14 days between the months of April through November and every 30 days between the months of December through March. 4. Successful Bidder shall provide mulch and mulch area soil amendment applications per City- performed annual soil test results once every 12 months and/or as often as necessary to maintain 3-4ofmulchcoverag e a s d i r e c t e d . 5. Successful Bidder shall provide pruning of nursery stock at least once every dormant season, but only after consultation with the Citys Landscape Coordinator. 6. Successful Bidder shall provide a 48 hour notification period prior to the commencement of work.
