Specifications include, but are not limited to:It is the intent of these specifications, terms and conditions to describe the landscape chemicals being requested by Public Works Agency (PWA), Community Development Agency (CDA) and General Services Agency (GSA)-Building Maintenance Department (BMD).The County intends to award a three-year contract (with option to renew) to the bidder(s) selected as the lowest responsible bidder whose response meets the Countys requirements.SCOPEIt is the goal of the County to enlist qualified Contractors who are capable of providing landscape chemicals to various County agencies as may be required for weed, insect and rodent control, and to include ants, spiders, mice, rats, flies and gnats. Areas needing treatment are:Flood channelsRoadsidesGarden areasPlantersProperty adjacent to County buildingsTreesFence lines, Right of Ways (ROWs) etc.
