Specifications

Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, permits, and other items as necessary to dispose of dewatered sewage sludge from the City of Savannahs President Street Water Reclamation Facility. Disposal shall be performed according to all local, state, and federal laws. 4.2 Historical records of dewatered sludge production indicate an average of 90 wet tons per day. The actual production may vary significantly. Changes or deviations in sludge production from the estimated quantity will not be accepted as grounds for claims or adjustments in the contract (see attachment for the TCLP report).
