Specifications

Specifications include, but are not limited to:Objective One: Confirm that the Gaming Laboratories International signatures for the RNG match the RNG the Gaming System Vendor (Vendor) will use for Keno. Objective one must be completed in its entirety by February 1, 2016.2.Objective Two: Review the network diagrams that depict the Vendors proposed installation of the Keno equipment into the current production environment. This review will consider both physical security access and logical system access to ensure the installation conforms to industry best practices. Proposers shall provide written recommendations as necessary. Objective two must be completed in its entirety by February 15, 2016. 3.Objective Three: Review the hardware and software that will be used to generate the random numbers for the Keno game. At a minimum, this review will include the operating system and source code for the program used to generate the winning Keno numbers. The hardware and operating system shall be inspected and analyzed for vulnerabilities to ensure that no malicious hardware or software exists within the hardware or operating system. The source code shall be analyzed and inspected for vulnerabilities to ensure that no malicious hardware or software exists within the computer program used to generate the winning Keno numbers. The successful Proposer will be provided the hardware and software necessary to conduct this review off site. Objective three must be completed in its entirety by February 29, 2016. 4.Objective Four: Once the Keno equipment is installed in the production environment, the Proposer shall complete an onsite review of the entire Keno equipment installation. The review will confirm the installation is in compliance with the recommendation(s) established during the review of the network diagrams (Objective Two). This review will occur at both the Primary Data Center in Connecticut, as well as The National Data Center in Alpharetta, GA. The review shall also include written confirmation of all above objectives
