Specifications include, but are not limited to:This project will disconnect and remove the existing chiller and dispose of it and refrigerant properly. Install anew 50 ton air cooled rotary scroll chiller, 460 volt/60 Hz/3Ph to match the existing tonnage, reconnect chilledwater lines, insulate chilled water lines, and reconnect existing feed wire to electrical disconnect. Reconnectbuilding controls to chiller, install new flow switch, factory start-up, condenser coil coatings. Twelve (12)months parts and labor warranty, and sixty (60) months compressor warranty.
