Specifications include, but are not limited to: The FileNet Technical Services consultant will perform the following tasks:Provide a written assessment of the DTMB ORS FileNet upgrade plan efforts to date. As part of the assessment the FileNet Technical Services consultant will interview SOM resources and review the current DTMB ORS FileNet upgrade plan for the three environments. Based on the information collected from the assessment, the FileNet Technical Service Consultant must provide feedback on any issues that are identified and make recommendations on how these issues can best be resolved. High level upgrade planThree environments UAT, TT/DR, ProdEach environment consists of an application server and a database server. The meta-data is being transferred from one SQL 2005 server database running on Windows 2003 to another SQL Server database running on Windows 2008. Existing SOM Database resources will perform this migration.Migrate authentication from ADAM to Tivoli (SOM has Tivoli expertise) ADAM (Active Directory Application Mode), is a Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) directory service on Windows 2003. It is no longer available in Windows 2008, having been replaced by Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS). In an effort to better position ourselves for the eventual migration, particularly if the destination is an Enterprise hosted FileNet Solution, the POC involves migrating from the users from ADAM to Tivoli. While SOM resources will handle the Tivoli specific work on existing servers, the FileNet Technical Services consultant will be assisting with the changes necessary to the FileNet Global Configuration Database (GCD) necessary to utilize a different LDAP authentication mechanism.Application servers are moving from a non-secured network to a Firewall protected network. The State may need some assistance identifying appropriate TCPIP ports that will need to be opened.
