The colleges are located throughout Colorado and include both urban and rural institutions. The colleges are:Arapahoe Community CollegeColorado Northwestern Community CollegeCommunity College of AuroraCommunity College of DenverFront Range Community CollegeLamar Community CollegeMorgan Community CollegeNortheastern Junior CollegeOtero Junior CollegePikes Peak Community CollegePueblo Community CollegeRed Rocks Community CollegeTrinidad State Junior CollegeCCCS is seeking Software for an Inventory Tracking System. The software will assist in the inventory of all College owned equipment. All equipment is currently tagged with Bar Coded asset tags. The Tracking System must have the ability for use at multiple locations for each of the colleges above. All colleges are currently using Banner (ERP) as a central database with their own virtual private database. The Banner Fixed Asset Module allows for the accounting of capitalized assets, but tracking of capitalized assets and other small dollar (not for resale) item inventory is currently maintained in spreadsheets and/or stand-alone inventory tracking systems.CCCS is committed to facilitating access to its Colleges instruction, communication, and business processes for the broadest possible audience. CCCS strives to employ principles of Universal Design and the use of the World Wide Web Consortiums WCAG 2.0 standards in the design, development, implementation, and enhancement of all web-based information and services. CCCS System Presidents Policy S-125g requires that CCCS purchase from vendors who show that, in good faith, they are working towards conforming with the WCAG 2.0 standards as appropriate for the services they provide, unless an extraordinary circumstance exists.Minimum RequirementsCustomizable fields to facilitate limited data integration between Banner and tracking system3.3 Statement of WorkFunctionality
