Specifications include, but are not limited to:Alexandria City Public Schools (herein after ACPS) is currently seeking a qualified Offeror to provide services for RTI Tool for Elementary Mathematics. The Successful Offeror shall provide student growth reports that can be used to guide instructional needs for students with significant deficits in math, in accordance with all terms, conditions and specifications as set out in this Request for Proposal (RFP). The term of any resultant contract will be one year (1), which is anticipated to start in January, 2016. At ACPS option, the contract may be renewed for up to one (1) additional one year term.Each Offeror should carefully read and review all such items and should address such items in its proposal. However, the final description of the services and/or items to be provided to ACPS under this RFP is subject to negotiations with the successful Offeror, and final approval by the ACPS.Successful Offeror shall be responsible for an instructional support system for all elementary math content. The system shall be research based and proven to work with diverse learners.Successful Offeror shall be responsible for progress monitoring designed in a computer adaptive testing format, and aligned with the Virginia Math SOLs ( Offeror shall support real-time data at the schools, in classrooms, and on an individual level.The system shall have the capability of being utilized during a regular math block, and accommodate English Learners including, but not limited to Spanish translations.It shall be the responsibility of the Successful Offeror to provide Web-based and HTML 5 compatibility to meet ACPS technology interface and device diagnostic. The Offeror should be able to support a technology system for back-end and front-end users.Successful Offeror shall make recommendation for student growth, based on system reports that can be used to guide instruction.Successful Offeror shall have direct or linked instructional support based on student results, and a custom learning trajectory for students.Successful Offeror shall make recommendations for student growth, based on system reports that can be used to guide instruction
