Specifications include, but are not limited to:The selected Contractor will be required to provide the necessary chemical treatment for HVAC systemsat various County of Fresno facilities. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the selectedcontractor shall be required to:1.1. Complete an assessment of the water treatment systems at all Fresno County buildings listed inExhibit 2.1.2. Provide all training and oversight required to ensure County Employees can safely and appropriatelyimplement all treatment programs as designed/directed. Provide an annual training of new staff asdirected by the County.1.3. Chemically treat the water in steam boilers, open condensing water and all closed loops.1.4. Conduct twice per month site service visits to test on all chemically treated systems (as madeavailable by County of Fresno personnel), validate proper feed and water treatment control devicesoperations and verify system protection is adequate.1.5. Conduct bacteria testing on all open and closed loop cooling systems four (4) times per year.
