Specifications include, but are not limited to:Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) all of thelabor, materials, supplies, equipment and incidentals necessary to perform routine, andemergency Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning Units and Chiller Units inspection,maintenance and repair services as described herein:2. The services shall be performed at the following locations:A. District 9 Office located at 500 Main Street, Bishop, CA 93514B. District 9 Shop located at 181 Jay Street, Bishop, CA 935143. This Agreement will commence on December 28, 2015 (estimate) or upon approval byCaltrans, whichever is later and no work shall begin before that time. This Agreement is of noeffect unless approved by Caltrans. The Contractor shall not receive payment for workperformed prior to approval of the Agreement and before receipt of notice to proceed by theCaltrans Contract Manager. This Agreement shall expire on December 27, 2017 (estimate).The services shall be provided Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, except Stateholidays. The parties may amend this Agreement as permitted by law
