Specifications include, but are not limited to: Phase I Pre-Construction: 1. The MANAGER will provide input into the design documents and specifications so as to advise the design team on the most appropriate finish materials, appliances, and storage requirements, etc. for the project based on their past experience with similar projects. 2. The MANAGER will prepare the rental policies, procedures and tenant guidelines for the OWNERS approval to be used during the operation of the project once completed. 3. The MANAGER will prepare property management guidelines including processes for capital improvement accounts, repair, replacement, maintenance, bidding, etc. for the OWNERS approval.
