Specifications include, but are not limited to: The System Administrator facilitates and coordinates all activities in the successfuloperation and implementation of the HMIS. The System Administrator acts as the liaisonbetween the County and HMIS partner agencies, and assists in the generation andsubmission of program and community-level reports from the HMIS.a. Serve as the CoCs expert on HMIS policy and regulations from HUD and otherFederal programs.b. Generate and assist in the submission of program and community-level reportsfrom the HMIS, including the HMIS components of the annual HUD CoC ProgramCoC Application, the Point in Time (PIT) Count, the Housing Inventory Count (HIC),and the Annual Homeless Assessment Report. Monitor any changes to reportingrequirements.c. Implement the HMIS and act as the liaison between the County and HMIS partneragencies, as well as the software vendor and HMIS partner agencies.d. Support partner agencies in identifying configurations and customizations that willimprove their HMIS workflow, and assist partner agencies in setting up newprograms in HMIS.
