Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor agrees to provide on an on-call, as-needed basis, Homeless Sites Debris Removal services to Caltrans, as described herein: Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) trained employees, tools, materials, equipment, incidentals and traffic control necessary for the removal of debris, bio-waste and various materials left behind by transients and/or occupants on Caltrans property, to include: landscaped areas of the freeways, highways and all right-of-ways. The services shall be performed in San Diego County.
