Specifications include, but are not limited to: Listed below is a general scope of services with the program management of / lead role in the following areas ofparticular concern: State of Connecticut Office of School Construction Grants; coordination between thearchitect and construction manager; furniture, fixtures and equipment; specialty consultants; change orders;requests for information; financial and information reporting; schedule; cash flow; progress of workcommensurate with invoicing and schedule; management of all soft costs.1. Coordinate and review the preliminary design and construction requirements of the project, which willinclude general overview of the proposed building systems and infrastructure (mechanical / electrical /plumbing, structural, site, etc.); permits and approvals; code compliance; process for submittals / shopdrawings and requests for information.2. Office of School Construction Grants (SCG): Participate in the application process and assist the Ownerin maximizing eligibility for reimbursement. Attend all review sessions and coordinate the Ownersresponse to required changes. Process and submit all change directives. Advise the Owner onsubmissions and status.
