Specifications include, but are not limited to: The COUNTY is seeking proposals from qualified proposers to provide hazardous waste management services, including the collection, packaging, storage, recycling, transportation, treatment, and/or disposal of hazardous materials, including universal wastes and other recyclable materials, collected through COUNTY programs, in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and in a manner that is beneficial to the communities and environment. The Proposer(s) will perform activities associated with the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the Central County Permanent Household Hazardous Waste Consolidation Facility (Facility), the Conditionally Exempt Small Quantity Generator (CESQG) Program, Temporary Collection Events, and associated Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) Program activities according to the terms of this Request for Proposals (RFP).
