Specifications include, but are not limited to:To remove and dispose of the carpet flooring from the Hanauma Bay Nature Preserve Administrative Office in its entirty. Replace the flooring with Commercial Grade Vinyl Plank flooring. 2. TECHNICAL / PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS: A. Removal: Contractor shall remove all carpeting, underlayment, adhesive, tack strips, nails, to include labor and disposal fees. B. Installation: Contractor shall install commercial grade vinyl plank, underlayment, and millwork rubber wall base, to include all labor, equipment, delivery of all material and freight. 1) Contractor shall be a certified installer of the flooring being offered. 2) License required: C 21 Flooring. 3) Contractor shall install new vinyl plank flooring as per manufacturer instructions or other approved methods by the manufacturer. C. Material: 1) Commercial Grade Vinyl Plank, shall have a minimum ten (10) year material warranty and one (1) year minimum installation warranty. 2) Shall be water resistant
