Specifications include, but are not limited to:A. Inspect the wood flooring and report in writing to the Structural Maintenance Manager (ordesignee) any areas requiring repair prior to commencement of sanding. The ConstructionReport Form may be used for this purpose. Failure to call atte ntion to such defect s orimpe rfectio ns that may be discovered shall be construed as acceptance and approval of thesurface, and any faulty work occurring in the space shall be the respo nsibility of the Contractor.B. If repai rs are necessary, RESURFACING per specifications in 5.3.1 is required. Proceed withthose specifications.C. Pre-clean to include removal of gum, shoe marks and any foreign material. Contrac tor will beheld responsible for all call backs , at no charge to APS, if they fail to properly pre-clean beforeapplying finish.
