Specifications include, but are not limited to:1. Mowing:a. Perform on a monthly basis for a maximum of one year from date of notice to proceed, or until upon 30days written notice of cancellation (NCNG retains the right to renew contract for up to 2 additional years withprice negotiation).b. Mow acreage specified during mandatory site visit.c. Mow grass every 10 days (March-June) or every 15 days (July-November).d. When unable to mow due to drought/rain, the contractor will only invoice for services provided. (Note: If adrought condition exists or if the grounds are too wet, the contractor should use good judgment beforemowing and not mow for just the sake of mowing i.e. running the mower over the top of the dust to be paidfor a mowing).2. Trimming (Weed Control):a. Trim (Weed Eat) around fences/buildings/trees/steps/utilities and other structures within property limits onmow schedule.b. Edging of curbs, sidewalks/walkway on mow schedule.c. Spray grass/weeds growing around buildings and between the cracks in parking lots, access roads,sidewalks, pavement, walkways, and steps using 41% Phosphate (round up) and a pre-emergent every twomonths or as needed.3. General Cleaning/Beautification:a. Blowing grass debris off of pavement/sidewalks/walkway/steps on mow schedule.b. Pick-up and remove miscellaneous trash/tree limbs/debris on mow schedule and dispose of properly.c. Prune -Trim bushes twice per year in (spring and fall) or as needed to control overgrowth.d. Leaf removal and proper disposal in the fall and winter season once per month (NOV-FEB).e. Place mulch around shrubbery once per year (spring) using only NCNG approved mulch product (sitespecific).f. Only fertilize and seed areas where grass is needed in order to be uniform with remainder of lawn (twice ayear maximum-spring and fall).
