Specifications

Specifications include, but are not limited to: This phase consists of, but is not limited to, the removal of 4 existing structures and installation of 15 new steel structures located at the GREC complex in Mayes County, Oklahoma. The existing 345kV line cannot be de-energized until March 15, 2016. An existing 345 kV transmission line will be divided into 2 separate transmission lines. The transmission line from the north (renamed Feeder 149) will use the existing structure #8 and new structures 8A and 8B to tie into the new GREC 3 substation at the new deadend structure F149. The existing conductor is bundled 1431 ACSR (Bobolink). The existing OHGW consists of (2) 3/8 EHS 7 strand steel galvanized wire.
