Specifications

Specifications include, but are not limited to:West Virginia University Facilities Management is requesting proposals for GPS tracking of its fleet vehicles. We are requesting the proposal for installation in 120 vehicles with the ability to add or delete vehicles over the life of the contract. We will have approximately 20 employees that will need access to the system to analyze and monitor data. The majority of our vehicles operate within the city limit or occasionally operate within 300 miles of Morgantown, West Virginia. Our goals include, but are not limited to: Reduced fuel consumption/fuel slippage Reduce vehicle idling Increase safety/reduce accidents Gain visibility into fleet performance Increase driver/vehicle productivity Improve operational efficiency Determine cost for operating your fleet Enhance customer service
