Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Contractor shall be responsible for the removal and disposal (at contractors expense) of allexisting materials and components as directed by Owner.2. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials and equipment to remove the existing LiebertUPS and batteries from the IS computer room and to move and re-install the Eaton 9E UPSand batteries from its present location to the IS computer room.3. Work shall be performed during agreed upon hours only and at the convenience ofWashington County. Eight (8) hours of afterhours work (hours outside of 7:00 AM 4:30PM) shall be planned for in your bid. Facilities Management personnel will schedule UPSreplacement with Washington County Information Services staff. Work shall be performedwith minimal disruption to employees and visitors within the building.
