Specifications include, but are not limited to:DESCRIPTION OF WORK 1.1SUMMARY A.The following specifications represent the minimum product and service requirements for replacement of glass in campus buildings at Hudson Valley Community College. B.Suppliers are to provide all necessary labor, equipment, material, and supervision to repair and/or replace broken glass at the Colleges facilities. C.Before performing any work, check in with the Physical Plant main office so contractor location on campus is known by staff. D.The campus will remain accessible and functional during repair/replacement work. Any disruption of internal services/operations must be coordinated with the colleges personnel. E.Service Period: Provide preventive maintenance and repair service, and emergency service for a period of three (3) years from September 1, 2016 through August 31, 2019, including the following: 1. Manufacturers recommended preventive maintenance on window and door systems when requested by the College. 2. General repair calls. 3. Emergency repair/service
