The scope of work anticipates seven (7) task as part of the development of the Master Plan: TASK 1: Review Existing System, Conduct Visioning Workshop and Process Workflow TASK 2: Perform GIS Needs Assessment TASK 3: Develop GIS Strategic Implementation Plan TASK 4: Executive Management Presentation TASK 5: Training TASK 6: Specialty Consulting Services TASK 7: Consultant Responsibility All notes, calculations, studies and computer documents generated for this project shall be the property of PVSC and turned over to PVSC at the conclusion of the project.
