Specifications

Specifications include, but are not limited to:Description of Service Work covered by this contract shall include commercial general repairs and installations at various locations owned by the Township on an as need basis. Excluded from this contract shall be industrial electric work, such as large motors and pumps and controls for same. Each vendor shall provide on the proposal form, the labor rate they will charge the Township per hour for work performed. If more than one class of worker could be used on any Township project, then the vendor shall provide labor rates for these additional titles in the space provided on the proposal form. In addition, each vendor shall state the minimum number of each worker class listed that will make up one crew. A crew shall consist of at least one person. Quoted rates shall remain firm for the entire term of the contract. Overtime rates may be charged at 1 times the quoted rate for work performed after 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and for Saturday. Double-time rates will be allowed for work done on Sunday. All overtime work shall be on an emergent need basis and require Township approval
