Specifications include, but are not limited to:This project includes Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding and the FederalRegulations will be enforced. Any contract entered into pursuant to this notice will incorporatethe provisions of the Federal Labor Standards, which are on file at the office of the Director ofPublic Works, 2000 Main Street, Huntington Beach, CA 92648.Project Description: This project will provide the construction of 112 curb access rampsthroughout the city. These locations are prioritized from a list compiled by Public Works staff,based on staff and public requests. The proposed locations are listed in the Appendix along withContractor guidelines and provisions to meet all Federal requirements. The contract shall allow the Contractor 60 working days to complete the contract. The engineers estimate of probable construction cost for the work included in the basisof award is $230,000
