Specifications

Specifications include, but are not limited to:The contractor shall comply with all regulations for water sampling for the MCPS. The contractor is responsible for filing lab results electronically to the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection - Bureau of Safe Drinking Water (BSDW) using the E2 reporting system. A copy of the lab report will also be supplied to both representatives for the MCPS and Monmouth County Board of Health (see page 6) as specified. Positive test results will be followed up at each site as required by regulations
