Specifications include, but are not limited to: It is the intent of this Invitation for Bids to establish an Agency Specific Term Contract (Brand Name Only) to furnish and d eliverNEW, unused and in current production Troy MICR Toner Cartridges on an As Needed basis, if and when ordered by the DHHSauthorized Nutrition Services Branch Help Desk Staff during a three-year term.The brand names given in this solicitation is brand specific in order to be compatible with existing equipment and continuity ofsupport.The Contract may also be utilized, without further competition, by non-mandatory State Agencies and Other Eligible Entities. Theinitial contract term is three years beginning June 21, 2016.Based on historical data reports, DHHS for whom the use of this Contract is mandatory, have purchased a total of approximately 500Troy MICR Toner Cartridges annually.
