Specifications include, but are not limited to:The total square feet of the food service location is 357feet. The goal of the environment is to encourage free flowingtraffic of faculty, staff, students,and guests to have a location in the building where theycan interact with one another. Two sinks are included in the area by the University,one for sanitation and the otheris a three compartment sink. There is a janitors closet in the space as well for storageof brooms, cleaningequipment, etc. There is one data port currently installed that has oneline. There are approximately 225 faculty and staff that workin the Lindquist Center and an estimated 150 graduateresearch and teaching assistance and 800-1000 studentsin the building for classes daily. There will be free Wi-Fi access for the AwardedSupplier. Hot water will be available through the circulation within the building, however if needed by supplier there may be options to install a 10-15 gallon water heater in the ceiling. In the event a supplier will be procuring equipment that they believe will require nonstandard electrical voltage or connection these needs should be clearly detailed within the request for proposal. Operating hours of the resultant food service location will be 7:30a.m. -2:00 p.m. Once Awarded Supplier has taken occupancy it is required that a health inspection be completed
