Specifications
Specifications include, but are not limited to:The Contractor shall provide all goods or services and deliverables as required, described, and detailed below and shall meet all service and delivery timelines as specified by this Contract.A.2.The Contractor shall prepare and serve daily meals to persons attending training classes at the Tennessee Fire Service and Codes Enforcement Academy (TFACA), located at 2161 Unionville-Deason Road, Bell Buckle, Tennessee 37020.A.3.Contractor shall provide up to three (3) meals per day based on class and student schedules. The Executive Director of TFACA or his designee (the Director) shall provide information to the Contractor regarding meal schedules and scheduled shutdown periods. However, food services may from time to time be required during unscheduled times if classes are added or if circumstances change. Contractor shall provide meals for other special events from time to time as upon request of the Director.A.3.a.Scheduled shutdown periods are as follows:New Years DayMartin Luther King DayPresidents DayGood FridayMemorial DayIndependence DayLabor DayColumbus DayVeterans DayThe week of ThanksgivingThe last two (2) weeks of DecemberA.3.b. The number of meals to be provided on a per meal basis will be no less than 15. Meals may be served on any day of the week, but will mainly be required on Monday through Friday. State will provide Contractor with a class schedule and the number of meals to be prepared. The number of meals to be prepared for each day will be given to the Contractor the previous work week. If the number of meals given to the Contractor should change due to unforeseen circumstances, the state will give the Contractor at least one (1) day notice. The Contractor will provide to the state the proposed weekly menu for the states review, on Monday prior to the week of the proposed menu. The state reserves the right to request a modification of the menu if appropriate. If the Contractor cannot provide meals to the state from the on-site location for any reason, the Contractor must provide another source to provide the meals.
