Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Marana Unified School District intends to establish a contract with qualified firm/firms who are trained, experienced, and qualified to provide food service equipment parts and repairs as needed throughout the District. Any resultant contract may be used to complement the existing in-house HVAC Department for the District in order to help respond to and repair those unit breakdowns that occur during the school year. The exact expenditures are unknown. It is anticipated that the total expenditures will be approximately $30,000 annually. This figure is not to be construed as a guarantee, but as an aid to vendors in the preparation of bids. The materials and services required for this proposal will be based solely on the needs of MUSD. Vendor(s) will be paid for actual materials and services requested by MUSD and rendered by vendor(s). All repairs must be approved by MUSD Food Service Department.
