Specifications include, but are not limited to: Conducting professional inspections of the areas and floors to provide an accurate analysis that identifies all visible components and elements required for the project Submitting a written work order to the Facilities Manager or designee for approval prior to the job commencement Furnishing all labor, materials (if requested), tools, equipment and supervision required for the unloading, storage, set-up, surface preparation, application, and clean up of the flooring products. Determining the size of the floor installation area. Providing a clean surface free of cracks, chips, and uneven concrete so as to obtain a one foot circumference around the damaged area. All adhesive, dust, dirt, and debris are to be removed from the area so as to make for a clean base and to ensure proper installation of the new flooring
