Specifications include, but are not limited to: The objective of the project is to construct the following items: a fish ladder, diversion structure including an intake manifold, training walls, pipes, foundation and drilled piers; sluiceway #3; fish screens; debris boom; debris racks; soldier pile and tieback wall; water control gates; power system; SCADA system, VSAT Tower and duct bank, camera system, control buildings; modify sluiceway #2 and existing intake structure in the left bank of Alameda Creek Diversion Tunnel; and install wildlife exclusion fences. The work is to be performed in Alameda County, California. The Engineer's estimate is $30,000,000. The Contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder.
