Specifications

Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Remove approximately 1,604 linear feet of stone veneer to include; west side of the building facing Fire Reliance Bank ATM, entire front faade, and approximately 16 linear feet of stone veneer directly below the roofline on the north side of the building. 2. Install a factory approved substrate in preparation for synthetic stucco. 3. Install prefinished synthetic stucco on and above these areas with detailed features. 4. On the lower level of the north-east portion of the building, scratch coat over existing stone and stucco all flat inside and outside corners between the windows matching newly installed stucco. 5. Reinstall all removed lettering. 6. Install new metal substrate roof cap over affected area; repair/replace/seal all other areas of metal around entire perimeter of the building as needed. 7. Repair leaking gutter issues and install brick sealer on exterior wall of ladys dormitory and bathroom area
